SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders will be mailed 1-3 days from time of purchase. At that time an e-mail with tracking will be sent for your records. We ship via USPS. Pure Sol is not responsible for the handling of the shipment by the carrier, nor can we control where the package is delivered. Pure Sol also cannot guarantee delivery within the timeline stated by the carrier as this is beyond the scope of our ability, influence and liability.Thank you for helping us ensure the highest quality skincare products! We appreciate your business.
Pure Sol LLC is committed to providing you with fabulous skincare products and excellent customer service. It is our hope that you love your Pure Sol skincare products as much as we do. We cannot re-use products that have been returned after being opened, so please make your purchases carefully. Any items that are returned to us are automatically discarded. Because we are a custom shop, we cannot accept returns unless the product you purchased is defective or an error was made by us in filling your request.
In order to give you an opportunity to try each of our products before purchasing them in full sizes, we offer a wonderful gift bag for only $35 that contains 7 of our fabulous creations in smaller sizes.
In the event that the product you purchased is defective or we have made an error in filling your order, we will be happy to replace the item(s) or refund your purchase and pay the return shipping costs as well. Should this happen, we must receive notification from you within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
